Legacy Interactive announced an agreement with Nintendo of America to publish games on the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo Wii. The Real Life series is set to make it’s debut on the Nintendo devices this October by releasing Zoo Vet: Endangered Animals for the Nintendo DS and Pet Pals: Animal Doctor for the Nintendo Wii.

Activision announced the creation of a Nintendo Wii only label, called Wee 1st. The Wee 1st label will develop games intended for the Nintendo Wii instead of trying to port games that have been developed for other consoles.

eGames Inc announced an agreement with Destineer publishing to bring Burger Island to the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS. Burger Island is a time management game and the second game from eGames to make it to the Nintendo DS. It is the first game they have developed for the Nintendo Wii.
