Adventure Series for the Nintendo DS Hits Store Shelves

Ascaron and 93 Games have announced the release of Runaway, The Dream of the Turtle an adventure game for the Nintnedo DS. The goal of the game is to help Brian, the main character, find his girlfriend Gina. They were separated in a plane crash in Hawaii.

Along the way, players have to solve puzzles and riddles in the point and click adventure game to reunite the couple. Players travel through one hundred different locations, such as The Temple of Tiki, Luana Beach and Tiki waterfalls.

Point and click games are a great fit for the Nintendo DS and this one sounds like an interesting one. The addition of puzzles and riddles to solve make this game intriguing.

Big Fish Games Launches Time Stand Still

Big Fish games has been busy obtaining exclusive releases for their casual games portal. The other day they announced Restaurant Rush and they have just announced another exclusive game, Time Stand Still. Time Stand Still is a point and click mystery game and the third game in the Carol Reed series.Time Stand Still

The main character, Carol, stumbles upon a case in the local news paper. Carol is a detective and the case peaks her interest. Players start out in Carol’s apartment and find themselves transported to multiple locations trying to solve a 60-year-old murder. Players collect the clues to the murder. The clues are kept in their inventory and can be used later in the game to solve puzzles and get closer to solving the murder.

Simon the Sorcerer’s New Adventure

Simon The Sorcerer Chaos HappensPlaylogic Entertainment acquired Simon the Sorcerer 4: Chaos Happens and is set to release the title for the PC in Q1 of 2008. Simon the Sorcerer 4: Chaos Happens is a point and click adventure game where the player has to travel around the world solving puzzles and cleaning up the mess his double has caused.

Simon the Sorcerer 4: Chaos Happens takes place a while after his last adventure. Simon finds himself knocked unconscious and while unconscious has a strange dream. An old friend tells Simon there is a clone of him running around causing all sorts of trouble. Simon doesn’t know what to think when he gains consciousness, but rushes out to see if he can determine if the dream was real or just a dream.

hell-tech To Distribute Jack Keane

Jack Keanehell-tech is a Greek publisher and distributor of casual games. They have secured the distribution rights to Jack Keane. hell-tech will produce a Greek version of Jack Keane to be released in October 2007. Hopefully they make the date considering that October is only a few days away.

Jack Keane is a point and click adventure game. Jack finds himself traveling all over the globe to try and foil the villain, Doctor T, plans and save the world.
