Left 4 Dead, NES Style

There’s nothing like retro gaming, and it’s even more special when it’s a retro gaming take on a modern game like Left 4 Dead. Eric Ruth Games has released Pixel Shooter: Left 4 Dead, which is a Nintendo Entertainment System-styled version of the shooter. The game turns it into the sidescrolling platform shooter that was prevalent on the NES in the mid-80′s.

The best part is that it’s a real game that can be downloaded for free from Strategy Informer here. Let us know what you think.

I thought this was pretty funny. Totally a movie that would never be made because casual games just don’t make great movies. But funny non-the-less. It’s never the first one!

I’m sorry, but sarcasticgamer.com has a history of making some great videos about the tech industry with a focus on gaming. I say I’m sorry, because this video takes WiiFit and Nintendo’s product to a whole new level of funny.

Will WiiFit be a great addition to the Nintendo family? Perhaps it will, but remember… it’s healthy to laugh a few times a day. Also checkout Killing Your Brand and the Microsoft Table Computer parody for additional laughs.

This is a bit old, but so well done and so funny (and so true?) I had to pass it on for those of you who haven’t seen it.
