Alawar has announced the release of My Farm Life, a new time management game for the PC. Players have to help Lisa win the show of the year award, as well as, the Farmer of the Year award.

Players help Lisa win her awards by harvesting crops. milking cows and sheering sheep. Players have to know what the customers want so they are able to buy the equipment to produce those goods. This time management game has a bit of a twist and allows players to rearrange their farms to be able to quickly click on items and keep the customers happy. Another feature that makes this game a bit different, is the game is continuous, which means you begin the next level in the same state you ended the level before. If the player uses all their resources to try and complete the level, they will start the next level with no resources.

Meridian4 has announced the upcoming release of Post Apocalyptic Mayhem for the PC. Players get the chance to try and win a race by any means possible. Anything goes to get yourself to the finish line first.

Players will have to enjoy combat and get use to it, because that is the only way to win in Post Apocalyptic Mayhem. Players race around the track using speed and guns to try and win the race. Players can play by themselves against the computer or with their friends in multiplayer mode. Each vehicle has different attributes and different weapons to use.

Treasure Quest Being Closed by Big Fish

Fans of the Facebook game Treasure Quest will be saddened to learn that Big Fish will be closing the game portal down on March 15, ending one of the first social networking games by the company. The game had peaked at 323,000 monthly users and 43,000 daily users, but lately, those numbers have dipped to 48,000 monthly and 16,000 daily.

According to Big Fish reps:

“Unfortunately, the resources required to make Treasure Quest what it is are not sustainable. Many options were assessed and seriously considered before this final decision was made. The decision was a very difficult one to make but one that needed to be made as a business.”

Big Fish has assured the public that the company is perfectly healthy, there are no layoffs planned, and its other Facebook social games My Tribe and Faunasphere will remain active. “To clarify, there is no need for concern regarding Big Fish Games as a company,” said a Big Fish representative. “While Treasure Quest is no longer sustainable, Big Fish Games will remain and continues to grow.”
