Slingshot Cowboy is an arcade style game for the iPhone/iPod Touch. The goal of the game is to shoot as many cows as you can using a slingshot. The further away the cow is the more points you score. Players have to attain a certain amount of points to beat the level.

The cows wander on to the screen looking for grass to eat. They will stop occasionally and munch on the grass, which is the easiest time to hit the cows. There are ground hogs that will appear on the screen every now and again. If players can hit the ground hog, they will get better weapons than just the rock. The new weapons can take out multiple cows at a time and only last for a short period of time.

Players aim the slingshot by pulling it back, using their finger, and moving their finger side to side to change where they want the rock to land. Players can also tilt the iPod/iPhone to change the direction of the shot. There is an aiming laser that can be turned on and off. The laser is extremely helpful and shows a big bulls eye, making it easier to aim and hit the cows. Without the laser on, the game is really challenging. I was not able to attain a high enough score to beat the first level.

Overall, Slingshot Cowboy is a challenging game. Players that are good at aiming may find the game a bit easier to play. The touch controls make the aiming easier and are easy to use.
