TrueThought and MumboJumbo have teamed up to bring players a new type of puzzle game, Everyday Genius: SquareLogic for the PC. The goal of the game is to solve numeric problems and the game fits into the Sudoku genre of game play.
There is no shortage of puzzles in Everyday Genius: SquareLogic. The game offers 20,000 different puzzle boards and offers a new type of puzzle game play. Players have to combine their simple arithmetic skills with colorful cages and logical problem solving. The arithmetic is not too tough, though, since the answers to the problems are laid out for the player, which allows the player to concentrate more on solving the puzzles than solving the equations.
“By introducing hidden cages, double boards, comparisons, sequences and a host of other advancements, we’ve taken the numeric puzzle to a place beyond anywhere it’s been before,” said Ken Harward, Founder and Director of TrueThought. “We’re supplying players with thousands of puzzles, and in a wide range of difficulty, so that they can really customize their experience and play the types of SquareLogic puzzles they find they enjoy most.”
Everyday Genius: SquareLogic is available now from Steam or MumboJumbo.

Everyday Genius: SquareLogic combines simple arithmetic with colorful cages and logical problem solving. New puzzle mechanics enhance the genre to create a richer set of puzzles than has been available previously. By providing the player with each square’s available answers, the player can spend more time working through the puzzle board and less time jotting down possibilities. The $19.99 game supplies players with more than 20,000 puzzles in 18 varieties and six different sizes.
