Zodiac Reactor is a flash based puzzle/action game. There is a lot going on in the game. It can take a few times through the game before you get the hang of it. The goal of the game is to collect the correct color elements in your ractor. The elements are collected by hitting one of the arrow keys, which changes the color of the reactor. The reactor needs to be blue to collect blue items and red to collect red items and so on. 

The action part of the game comes into play when you have to collect the items. Players have to recognize which color is coming and then hit the cooridinating arrow on the keyboard. It takes a while for your brain to hit the correct arrow at the correct time. Once players get the hang of the arrows and collecting items, they throw obstacles in the way.

The obstacles can be stopped by hitting the space bar, which puts up the shields. If the obstacles are not blocked, they will enter the reactor and blow things up. If the reactor blows up, the game is over. Players have to start over again and attempt to keep the obstacles from blowing up their reactor.

Over all, Zodiac Reactor is tough in the beginning, but once your brain sorts out the controls, it becomes a lot easier. If players hang in there, there is a good mix between fun and challenge.
