Jigsaw Wild is a great jigsaw puzzle game for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Jigsaw puzzles are a great fit for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Players get to pick from wonderful pictures and try to put the chosen picture back to its original state. The nice thing about playing puzzles on an electronic device is the fact that the pieces don’t get lost and they all stay in one spot.

Players can choose from a variety of beautiful pictures as the puzzles. The pictures range from different animals, both exotic like lions, tigers and zebras and common animals like squirrels and dogs, to different types of insects or birds. There are a lot of different pictures to choose from to keep the biggest puzzle enthusiast busy.

The puzzles can be as easy or as hard as you would like to make them. Players can choose to have as little as 4 pieces in their puzzle to as many as 24 pieces and any number in between 4 and 24. The option to choose the number of pieces increases the difficulty of the puzzle, but it also allows younger players to be able to play the game. I was able to let my five year old try the game, because there was a number setting that was achievable for her. She was easily able to master the controls and solve the puzzle.

To solve the puzzles, players simple touch and drag the pieces to each other. The pieces that fit together will “snap” together and become one piece. Players can move the completed pieces around as one group. The puzzle will grow and at times needs to be moved to find pieces that may have “fallen” under the puzzle.

Jigsaw Wild is a fantastic game that is a great fit for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Jigsaw puzzle fans will have plenty of puzzles to keep them busy. If you find yourself running out of puzzles, there is always the option to use your own pictures to chop into puzzles. The game allows players to use their own pictures as puzzles.
