Skill Technology has announced that Gimme Golf has entered open beta. Now anyone is able to sign up for a free account and play golf. If you are a golf player, you should check out Gimme Golf. You have nothing to lose, since the account is free to create.

Gimme Golf allows players to play a leisurely game of 18 hole golf or join a tournament to win money. The tournaments can be as small as four people or as large as fifty people. There is an entry fee for tournaments, but it can be as little as $1 and players could win $1000 in the tournament. Players do not need to pay, if they prefer not to enter the tournament.
