Nintendo has announced that they will not be releasing any more peripherals for the Nintendo Wii, but that does not stop 3rd parties from releasing more peripherals for the console and that is just what Upshot Games is doing. Upshot Games has announced a RealMotion Pool Cue released along with their new game American Pool Deluxe for the Nintendo Wii. American Pool Deluxe

Pool players have all types of game options in American Pool Deluxe, such as 8-ball, 9-ball or snooker. Players have the option to play head to head or play against three other people in multi-player mode.  Players can also take the tournament route and play against other pool champions from around the world.

The game sounds like a good game for Billiards fans, but I am not sure about the peripheral it comes with. To use a pool cue without being able to brace yourself on a pool table seems harder than just using the Wii remote. Of course, that is just my opinion. The pool cue may be the best peripheral there is for the Nintendo Wii.
