Dungeons & Dragons: Tiny Encounters is a Facebook Dungeons and Dragons adventure game that takes place over time. Each event has a time limit and the time counts down do the next event. The event happens and the player hits the update result button and the encounter will be printed on the screen.
The encounters are events from the adventure you chose to put your character on. The text is written in Dungeons and Dragons talk and you will encounter things like your character rolled a wisdom check and found out the story was full of holes.
Climbing a tree to get a better view, Blindside met a goblin . . . in the tree!
The equally surprised goblin tried to explain what he was doing there. Blindside made a Wisdom check with a difficulty of 12 . . . and rolled 13
The goblin’s story was ridiculous and full of holes. Blindside was on to him right away and, when the creep subtly reached for his dagger, Blindside was more than ready to defend himself. It was awfully nice of the goblin to bring his valuables all the way up into this tree with him.
Blindside received 55 XP and 6 gold.
Blindside obtained a Dagger
Blindside is my characters name. The adventure is written out as it would be explained in a Dungeons and Dragons game. Each encounter brings your character closer to the next level. Players will discover things on their adventures, such as daggers and other items. There are a good amount of adventures to choose from.
Dungeons & Dragons: Tiny Encounters is a clever way to bring Dungeons and Dragons to Facebook and the social networking crowd. If you are into Dungeons and Dragons or if you wanted to experience a Dungeons and Dragons game, check it out here.
