Best game ever! Except that there are 23 cities on the United States map instead of the 39 cities. So when will you make an update about it.

I *think* it happens automatically if you leave the employee in the position long enough. Of course, if you leave them in that position they will become good at that one job and not well rounded. It is a toss up what is better, well rounded employees or specialized ones.

I love this game! I almsot have it completed (almost done with Europe) and I hope they release a sequel or add-ons soon!
