Legacy Interactive announced an agreement with Nintendo of America to publish games on the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo Wii. The Real Life series is set to make it’s debut on the Nintendo devices this October by releasing Zoo Vet: Endangered Animals for the Nintendo DS and Pet Pals: Animal Doctor for the Nintendo Wii.
Pet Pals: Animal Doctor takes advantage of the Nintendo Wii control scheme and gives the player the feeling they are actually holding the medical instruments. Players will use both the Wii remote and the Nunchuck to take care of the sick animals that come to visit the Vet office.
Zoo Vet: Endangered Animals will debut on the Nintendo DS and will take advantage of the Nintendo DS touch screen and stylus. The graphics will still be as stunning as they are on the PC. The game will contain micro games to get use to each vet tool available.
“Both Zoo Vet and Pet Pals have been very successful for Legacy Interactive,” Ariella Lehrer, President and CEO of Legacy Interactive. “Becoming a Nintendo publisher allows us take advantage of the innovative interfaces of the DS and Wii to expand these franchises and bring them to new customers and new platforms.”
