Capcom and Handango have partnered to bring Capcom’s top games to mobile phones across North America. Some of the games that will be available are Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Are you Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, Street Fighter, Mega Man as well as many other games.
“At a time when smartphone sales are exploding and more and more users are downloading mobile games than ever before, Capcom’s blockbuster titles offer our customers access to some of pop culture’s top brands,” said Bill Stone, CEO of Handango. “A key part of our growth strategy is to expand our offering to include more leading-edge content for our customers. Capcom is a market leader in games for consumers of all ages and we are pleased to make their titles available through Handango.”
A Capcom and Handango partnership is great for the mobile phone gamer. The game shows make for great mobile games. They can be played in short bursts, which makes them convenient for mobile phone gamers. Mobile phone gamers like games to pass their time waiting and these games will do just that.

The first titles to launch on Handango will be from the Who Wants to be a Millionaire franchise. Capcom’s mobile games will be available on Handango’s online storefront and through its on-device client and available for BlackBerry and Windows Mobile platforms.
