Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky ManorMumboJumbo and RealGames have teamed up to bring Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor to retail shelves across the US. Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor is a hidden object game with puzzle elements added in. Players have to discover the hidden objects and then place those objects back in the rooms they came from. Returning the object is not the only puzzle element though, players also have to solve a word puzzle that will ultimately solve the mystery of the spooky manor.

Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor was released online first and has done tremendously well. Players have enjoyed the puzzle aspect added to a hidden object game. Hidden object games are among the most popular casual games according to RealArcade’s top sellers.

“We believed Paprikari had created a true winner with Mortimer Beckett and our customers agreed, making it a top seller for RealArcade.com in 2007,” said Matt Turetzky, vice president of non-pc platforms for RealGames. “RealGames is excited to work with Mumbo Jumbo to recreate this success in the retail channel and help more consumers discover this exciting new title.”
