Sonic the Hedgehog has made his way to the Apple Ipod. Sonic the Hedgehog is now available from iTunes. If you are interested in putting Sonic the Hedgehog on your Ipod, then you will have to part with $4.99. Unlike previously released games for the Ipod, Sonic is not an emulated game. Sonic the Hedgehog was recoded to work on the Ipod.
“It’s a new piece of code and it pushes the hardware,” says Sega of America President Simon Jeffery in an interview with IGN.com.
