Carrie the Caregiver 2: Preschool is a time management game based on Carrie. Carrie is trying to become a preschool teacher. She is back from her world travels and has adopted a daughter of her own. She is ready to stay put for a while and teach some kids. You are Carrie and help her manage all the preschoolers.

The levels in the game determine what action Carrie is going to perform. In the beginning, she is helping the kids paint pictures. Painting requires Carrie to set the kids up at easels and get them all of the painting supplies that they need. Some time Carrie even needs to “remind” the daydreaming kids that they are there to paint. As the game progresses, you help the kids with different things from teaching them shapes to feeding themselves and helping learn how to clean up after themselves. Each item requires Carrie to do different things, but all of it requires time management skills.

Carrie can gain hearts to give to the kids by chaining her actions together. The more actions Carrie chains together the more hearts she gets. Of course, the kids lose hearts as they are waiting for their items and Carrie can take the hearts she earned and give them to the kids with low hearts.

The heart gives the child all of their hearts back and makes them happy.

The graphics in Carrie the Caregiver 2: Preschool are good, but also cartoonish. The cartoon nature fits the game well though. The children are simple looking and contain pants with colored shirts. There are all types of children with varying features such as color of their hair or skin.

Carrie the Caregiver 2: Preschool is fun and entertaining, but it is a time management game. This time managemet game is a little bit different because you are dealing with preschool children and all of the issues, such as temper tamtrums and snotty noses, that goes along with dealing with preschoolers.
