Waterscape Solitaire is a casual card solitaire game with a unique twist. The point of the game is to match two of the same number together and uncover gold cards. Once the gold cards are uncovered, they can be matched together and the level is done.
The levels take place with a magnificent background of a waterfall. The waterfall does not change until you beat the entire level. A level consists of multiply boards with different set ups. As the boards progress, the gold cards are buried further underneath other cards. At the end of the level, there is a bonus level.
The bonus level is the last board of the level and is played a bit differently. The point of the bonus level is to match the cards in order from lowest, the Ace, to highest, the King. You are able to match cards that are lower than the number you are on. For instance, if you are trying to match the number eight, but there are none on the board, you can match any card with a value below an eight to uncover more cards.
The graphics in Waterscape Solitaire: American Falls are great. The backgrounds of the waterfalls are stunning. The graphics on the cards themselves are also good.
The sound in the game doesn’t really seem to fit with the game. I found the music a bit annoying and would have rather had no music, which is an option with the volume switch.
Over all, I found Waterscape Solitaire: American Falls fun to play. I didn’t find it as addicting as other Solitarie games. I did like the twist of having to uncover the gold cards though. Uncovering the gold cards adds an interesting spin to Solitaire.

I agree with you, the game is very relaxing and the graphics are lovely. Although at times the waterfalls looked as though they were moving at strange speeds. Sometimes too fast, sometimes too slow to be real, do you know what I mean? Besides that… I actually liked the music a lot. It sounded like it was coming from a live Renaissance band.
