If you enjoy hunting for objects in games, then check out Abra Academy. Abra Academy takes place in a school of witchcraft and wizardry. Unfortunately, you do not play as the struggling magic student. You play the assistant to the struggling magic student. You will need to help her find items for her potions.

The levels of the game are different rooms in the academy. Some of the rooms are pretty messy so it could take a while to find what you need. You only have a set amount of time to find what you need. A cauldron will keep track of how much time you have left. You can easily see how much time is left. If you are a person that clicks around like a mad man, you may want to reconsider because you will lose time for doing that. Clicking around like a mad man causes a gargoyle to appear and he spits green goo on your cauldron putting out the fire.

The main point of the game is to find the ingredients for the magician student, Wanda, to make her potions. If you find yourself looking and looking but not able to find what you need, the developers helped you out with pixies. You are able to use the pixies to give you hints to locate the items. Don’t worry if you use all of your pixies, though, because there are mini-games that allow you to gain more pixies.

The graphics in the game are great. The rooms (levels) in the game look just like real life. Some of the rooms are also very cluttered, just like real life.
